Three days until I leave for Stockholm, and then on sunday continue to Cavaillon, France with team mate Dick Taxén for a week of training. Followed by the first euro rounds. Feel really confident and will be really happy to finally get to ride some real/fast tracks. Been looking at the grands all last weekend and is so hyped to get to race on my own.

Today has been a nice (but rainy) day here in Sweden. Woke up and just had an relaxing morning. Then at like 2 o´clock me, Sebbe and Markus went down to Kungsbacka to do some training. The weather was rather horrible at first, but we did some really good training and after a while the weather feelt almost perfect for training (except for the horribly wet track). After that, I went over to my sponsor to get a new chainwheel and some other small goodies to get my bike into shape before we leave for france next Saturday.

So, what's up? Nothin much. Yesteraday I worked and then did some super fast velo. Feels really good now, so I hope the results in france will prove me right. Now I have a couple of days of work so I can totally focus on training. It's so nice just to relax and only have to worry about gettin the training done, instead of having to work, get home late, go out in the middle of the night (that's what it feels like at least) and train. So, later I will go over to my friends Sebbs home and we will do some gate/sprint training, then later in the evening I have a gym session which will be really good I hope.

So, 2008's calender is starting to fill up. After this weekends Swedish BMX Racing meet in Jönköping, here are the official dates here in sweden:

Still just training here in Sweden. Two weeks from now me and Dick will be landing in Marseille for a week in Cavaillon full of training. Will be so good to ride some really nice tracks again. Been a while now. Speaking of Dick by the way. Dick was last night pronounced as this years Swedish Bmx Racer at a show in Jönköping. Congrats to that dude.

Heres the new site. Think it looks a-ok so I will probably stick with it for a while now. Not long now until 08' season begins. Only two weeks left until me and Dick go down to the south of France for some hard training a week prior to the first rounds of the European Championships. Today I did some velo which felt really good. Due to the really cold weather the street is gettin pretty slippery and almost slipped out a couple of times, but managed to hold on. Lucky for me. I got a tip for everyone today: check out Monster Magnet's new CD. It pretty much rocks!

Been training and keepin busy over the last couple of days. Been getting really cold here in sweden so sprint/track training isn't all to fun. Today I can announce that for 2008 I will be sponsored by the official Swedish OAKLEY dealer. Will be really nice, cause their products are really good. So, yesterday I went to his office to pick up some stuff, which I look forward ridin with. Also my team mate Dick Taxén will be sportin some nice OAKLEY products for 08', so look out! As you see I am doing a new layout on the site, and this is what happens when you start spending lots of time inside in the winter here in sweden. New layout every other week lol. No, but I will continue fixing with all the other pages so you will be able to view those. Fot now, this is the only page working so stay tuned.

Some vids are up from the dirt session I was talking about. My friend Fredrik (a.k.a 'local Hero') got some heavy dirt ridin down. He was seriously shakin' before he took of the first time. He has only riden bmx for like a month, so i don't blame him. I thought he died cause he just disappeard, but he was ok. And in the end he even made it. Good job man! Keepin the work going on the new site. Hopefully most of the stuff will be up by next week. Be patient. For now, only this page and the visuals page is up.

Hey there world. Been 'missing in action' for a bit now, but that's just cause there is pretty much nothin happenin at the moment. Just training, working and then some more training. Isn't to long until the first euros take place in France and it will be really fun to start racing again after a couple of months of just training. Went dirt ridin the other day so I will post some small clips from that in the 'Visual' section for ya.
